Arm hair bleach
Arm bleaching is done when hairs on the arm are too dark for the liking of a client.
Depending on the skin and color of the hair, a bleach concentration of between 20 to 40 volume Hydrogen Peroxide can be used with the bleaching powder.
Treatment time: 30 - 45 minutes.
